Website www.reprywatyzacja.info.pl is a first
website totally devoted to reprivatization in Poland (in the wide meaning).
It’s addressed to people who were expropriated
of their property by the Polish communistic state after Second World War
(1945), for their heirs and also for layers.
Website discusses current possibilities of
successfull indywidual official claims protection and realization, based on
the current Polish and international regulations (kpa, kc, nsau, new
constitution of 1997 and European Convention of Human Rights).
Website deals also with other
(non-formal) aspects of reprivatization: economy, ethics, foreign
politics etc.
